This easy lox n' bagel sandwich is perfect for breakfast, brunch, lunch or even breakfast for dinner! Made with homemade gravlax and loaded with cucumbers, shallots, dill, capers and cream cheese, this sandwich is easily customize-able and absolutely delicious!

Instructions:

Assemble sandwich in this order:

  • Bagel
  • Slather on Cream Cheese
  • Layer Tomato Slices
  • Top with 2-3 oz. (or more, if you desire) Salmon Gravalox
  • Garnish with Shallots, Dill, Capers and Pepper
